This is a static site. There are no accounts, no logins, and no comment system.

What is collected

No cookies are set by this site. There is no advertising network, no tracking pixel, no session recording, and no analytics of any kind. At present nothing counts your visit at all.

That is a statement about today, not a permanent promise. If we ever add a page-view counter it will be a cookieless, aggregate one that cannot identify you, and this page will say so on the day it goes in. An earlier version of this page described a counter that was not actually running; it has been corrected, which is the same standard we hold the guides to.

Your hosting provider records standard server logs, as every web server does.

Third parties

Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser. Outbound links to studies and other sites are marked and open in a new tab; once you follow one, that site's privacy policy applies.
